About Us

Growing up with severe nut allergies has required us to be vigilant about our food choices at all times. Whether dining at school, local restaurants, or even at home, we are always diligent in checking allergen labels or consulting with servers. We also carry our Epi-pens wherever we go as an added precaution. While we are fortunate to have access to allergy-safe options in our area, many in Westchester do not have the same privileges. Despite our precautions, we have experienced severe allergic reactions in the past. These experiences have inspired us to make a positive impact on our community by advocating for allergy-safe food options for everyone in Westchester. We believe that everyone, regardless of their specific allergies—whether nut, celiac, shellfish, dairy, or others—should have access to safe and inclusive food choices.
